2. Our contract

A contract of sale for the items you have ordered is formed between you and us when we dispatch the ordered items to you. 4. Price

Prices are indicated on our site in Euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. Retention of title

In application of the law of May 12, 1980, the transfer of ownership of the goods delivered to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the principal and incidental price.

Late settlement

Any payment after the fixed payment date could give rise to the invoicing of penalties without prior formal notice from the buyer being necessary. The amount of these penalties would be at least equivalent to that which would result from the application of a rate equal to 1.5 times the legal interest rate in force on the day of the application of the penalties, without this clause excluded from additional damages. The customer may never, on the grounds of a complaint made by him, withhold all or part of the sums owed by him, nor operate compensation. When the customer is in arrears with total or partial payment of a due date, Elgé may by this sole fact and without the need for prior formal notice, immediately suspend deliveries, without the customer being able to claim damages. and interest to Elgé. 6. Delivery of your order.


In mainland France and abroad, most parcels are sent by Colissimo Tracked by La Poste or by our carrier GLS.

Items are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. The sending of the order will be confirmed to you on the day of its departure by e-mail provided that you have correctly communicated your e-mail address. In order to optimize delivery, it is advisable to indicate an address at which your order can be received during working hours.

Order preparation time: All orders for items available in stock are prepared on average within 24 to 48 working hours. We will do our best to deliver the items to you as quickly as possible, and in any event within 30 days of our acceptance of your order. If the delay exceeds thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer reimbursed.

If you choose to pay by check or bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of your payment and the shipping and processing times for your order will be extended by as much.

As regards the delivery of your order in metropolitan France and worldwide, if you provide us with your mobile number and/or your e-mail address, you accept that we transmit this data to a third-party service provider who may contact you by SMS and/or email to provide you with a delivery schedule.

7. Delivery of your order

In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), you have, according to Article L.121 of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen days francs to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products concerned. Products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used and must be complete and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

The transport costs relating to the return of the products as well as the potential packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any parcel sent to Elgé must be in a "tracking" type postal format (Colissimo tracking, registered parcel, GLS or Chronopost). In the event of a dispute, Elgé will require the Customer to provide proof of deposit with the postal service.

Once the package has been received by Elgé, our teams will assess the perfect condition of the returned goods. Otherwise, the return may be refused by Elgé. The products will then be returned to the Customer at Elgé's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.

Refund: In the event that Elgé makes a refund of products, this will be done by the same method of payment as that used for the payment of the order within 15 days from receipt of the products.

Credit note: In the case of a request for a credit note, the latter will be usable on your next order. The credit note is valid for 6 months and available online in your customer account.

Elgé reserves the right to refuse the package and refund if the return conditions mentioned above are not respected.

Note that a personalized order or a gift card cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially.

8. Guarantees and liability

All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

When acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer:

Enjoys a period of two years from the delivery of the property to act;

Can choose between repairing or replacing the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;

Is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following the delivery of the goods. This period is extended to 24 months from March 18, 2016, except for second-hand goods.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.

The consumer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code and in this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.
